What “Dedicated” Actually Means

Many facilities claim to be “gluten-free friendly.” A dedicated facility is different: no gluten-containing ingredients ever enter the building. Separate receiving, dedicated storage, controlled air handling, and incoming ingredient verification. Our GFCO certification means an independent third party verifies this claim — not just our word.

Why this matters: Retailers including Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, and Sprouts require third-party gluten-free certification. GFCO is the gold standard they accept.

SQF Level 3 — Edition 9

What SQF Certification Means for Your Brand

SQF (Safe Quality Food) Level 3 — Edition 9 is benchmarked by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and is the highest food safety tier in the SQF program, adding a comprehensive quality management system on top of food safety. Walmart, Kroger, Target, and most major retailers require their supply chain to hold a GFSI-benchmarked certification. Producing with us means your product is retail-ready before you pitch your first buyer.

Most co-manufacturers don't hold SQF certification. It's not required by law — it's required by the retailers you want to sell through.
